Saluting the DPRK Joint New Year Editorial of Juche 95 (2006)

The Songun Politics Study Group (USA) and the US Solidarity Committee to Support the Struggle of the AINDF and the South Korean People salute the heroic wisdom of the joint New Year's slogan ¡°Make a higher leap full of great ambition and confidence¡± and affirm their unwavering loyalty to dear Leader         KIM JONG IL, the sun of Songun and a peerlessly great military theorist unparalleled in the world today.

As the Korean People's Army valiantly struggles for the further comprehension and application of placing priority on military affairs, the US Songun followers will further promote the pro-DPRK stance and the dissemination of articles and propaganda works extolling the greatness of Songun Politics of Marshal      KIM JONG IL. It will forever admire and uphold the greatness of the immortal Juche idea invented by Great President KIM IL SUNG.

The US Songun followers and allies of the south Korean people's struggle to implement the June 15 joint declaration must demonstrate again this coming year the vital role of KIM JONG IL and the gun-based ideology in securing the unity of Korea. It will resolutely hate US imperialism and ruthlessly combat all illusions of a supposedly ¡°progressive¡± nature to this common hated enemy.

We stand in diametric opposition to all who surrender to imperialism with regards to Korea and army-based socialism. It is none other than the Workers¡¯ Party of Korea which wins victory after victory in the ideological struggle by defending national sovereignty and rejecting the negotiation of principles.

The heroic Korean people rallied closely around the WPK led by great comrade KIM JONG IL with the single-minded unity will achieve greater victory in the showdown with the US imperialists and in the struggle of building socialism and reunifying the country.
