Statement in support of the DPRK's righteous stance
on the six-party
talks
The Juche
Idea Study Group of England, the Association for the Study of Songun Politics
of the UK and the Society For the Independence and Unity of England issued the
following joint statement in support of the stance of the DPRK towards the 6
party talks and the 'nuclear issue' made public in the statement of the DPRK
Foreign Ministry of the 10th of February.
We fully support the DPRK¡¯s stand in not attending any further 6 party talks. We
salute the courage of the DPRK in taking this stance. It deals a telling blow
against the moves of the US imperialists and their satellites in trying to stifle the DPRK
through all sorts of tricks and maneuvered. The stance of the DPRK is a result
of the Songun revolutionary line and the far sighted leadership of the great
leader
comrade Kim Jong
Il.
We support the creation of an
independent nuclear deterrent by the DPRK as a means of safeguarding the
independence of the DPRK and the people centered socialism.
The US imperialists under the reactionary unilateralist fascist Bush
clique have become more frenzied than ever before in trying to stifle the DPRK
under this or that pretext.
It is the height of impudence for
the US imperialists to try and call the DPRK, the land of Juche, a paradise of independence and creativity, ¡°an outpost of
tyranny.¡± This vile slander of the US imperialists must be blown up without fail.
We believe that the DPRK will
emerge victorious in the struggle against US imperialism thanks to the Songun politics.
LONG LIVE SONGUN POLITICS!
LONG LIVE THE DPRK!
Signed;

To Democratic People's Republic of Korea
Mission to the UN, United States of America Mission to the UN, United Nations
Commission on Human Rights, Pyongyang Mission of NDFSK
It is without a doubt that the United States of America is the epicenter of the ever-militaristic imperialism,
ringleader of state-sponsored terrorism, and enemy number one of the entire
world's people. Practical experience has taught, especially in the cases of
wars of aggression against the Yugoslavian, Afghani, and Iraqi masses, that
¡°International Law¡± and ¡°negotiations¡± are useless and futile without a strong
military deterrent force. Marshal Kim Jong Il and the
Democratic Peoples' Republic of Korea have every right and need to refuse compromising the principles
of national security and autonomy in decision-making.
In our era of fierce
anti-imperialist class struggle, were the primary mode is the gun, were the
small nations and the people of periphery are threatened with unipolar hegemony's unprovoked aggression, via military,
political, economic, and/or cultural means, that it is the right of such said
forces to build and maintain any and all deterrent means for safeguarding such
said nations' inalienable right to self-determination. This includes the right
of nations of periphery facing aggression to build and maintain nuclear
weapons, particularly since the United States common enemy possess more nuclear weapons than it even alleges
the independences forces possess combined, and further because the United States common enemy is the only nation to actually use such nuclear
force against another people.
We note that the north Koreans have continuously attempted to negotiate in
good faith for the peaceful reunification of their nation, a nation dating back
to antiquity. They have acted in a manor of nobility during international 6-way
talks to resolve the Korean nuclear question.
Further we note that the United States imperialists and various Japanese reactionaries have schemed
against Korea, since the end of the Second World War, that the United States imperialists aided local south Korean
fascists in invading the north. This war of aggression, proudly referred to by
the Korean masses, as ¡°The Great Fatherland Liberation War¡± resulted in the US
enemy's first every full scale military defeat, but only after these savages murdered
more than 4 million Koreans, mostly women and children killed via torture and
sadistic terrorism.
Having attempted to build,
maintain, and defend their socialist revolution from US interference, with the US enemy having turned the south into a military-colony, with
consistent violations of their land and airspace, we stand behind the Korean
people¡¯s desire to defend their nationalist pride and dignity ¡°by placing the
gun before the hammer and sickle.¡±
Unlike the bulk of western
leftists, particularly in the United States, we do not surrender to imperialism and betray the people of Korea. We do not cower away from standing by the rights of nations to
self-determination. We stand by all national liberation and re-unification
struggles, including that of the Korean nation respectfully. The south Korean people understand that the DPRK¡¯s
nuke-and-lifeline stance is not a weapon aimed at them but at the United States imperialist and local reactionaries in Japan colluding with the US.
To Marshal Kim Jong Il, the Worker¡¯s
Party of Korea, the workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals, students,
citizens young and old, with great pride and solidarity we hail the Korean
people¡¯s Anti-US nuclear deterrent force!
Sincerely,
February 21, 2005
