This aphorism of leader Kim Jong Il tells the truth that one should believe in the popular masses, the most powerful beings in the world, and solve everything by relying on them.

Work is a creative activity of people with the nature and society as objects. So, no work is thinkable apart from man.

Revolution is a great work for realizing the independence of popular masses.

It is an undertaking of the people themselves and the people are directly entrusted with it.

The objective conditions and material means of the revolution are not provided by their own accord but by the positive and conscientious struggle of the people.

Therefore, all the problems arising in the revolution and construction can be solved successfully when the revolutionary enthusiasm and creativity of the popular masses, the masters of the revolution, are displayed to the full.

We should apply the revolutionary working method of solving all problems by believing in the people and mobilizing their creativity in performing the revolutionary tasks.
