The Korean nation advances along the
road of peace and prosperity with confidence, demonstrating dignity and honor
of the nation by dint of Songun politics.
The Songun politics is the one that
defends the sovereignty and dignity of the nation and a sword of independence
against imperialism.
There is no country and nation that
wants to live under the suppression of foreign force. However, the dignity and
sovereignty of a nation is not defended automatically. It is an intention of
all country and nation to live and develop independently. However, they would
suffer cold treatment and disgrace if they are weak.
In retrospect, the Korean nation had
to sign humiliating treaty forced by Japanese imperialists and their names were
changed into Japanese one from a hundred years ago owing to the fact that it
had a weak military strength. Disgraceful history of the Korean nation proved
that dignity and sovereignty of a nation could be defended only by powerful
arms.

The US has violated sovereignty of
the countries in several parts of the world. However, it dares not provoke
north Korea because it is powerless before the Songun politics of leader Kim
Jong Il.

Peace cannot be defended by words. A
strong military strength ensures peace. This is a truth proved by the history.
North Korea frightened the US by dint of arms when it broke out the Korean War
in June 25, 1950 and drove the situation of the Korean Peninsula to the brink
of the war, clamoring about ¡°retaliation¡± when ¡°Pueblo¡±, ¡°EC-121¡± and ¡°Panmunjom¡±
incidents happened.
The US has ceaselessly provoked the
war maneuvers against north Korea since then. North Korea has taken harder-line
stand with its strong will and pluck.
The Korean Peninsula would have
turned into a place of thermal nuclear war if it has no self-defensive war deterrent.
