Unprecedented war crime
Sixty five years have elapsed since the Japanese imperialists put ¡°the conscription system¡± into force to hurl the Korean youth and the middle-aged into their war of aggression as cannon fodder.
The Japanese imperialist adopted ¡°the bill on the revision of the military service law¡± in 1943 in the wake of the promulgation of ¡°ordinance on the special Korean volunteers for the army¡±.
More than 8.4 million young and middle-aged Koreans were drafted and forced to toil and moil on battlefields and in other places, over one million were cruelly murdered and 200,000 Korean women were forced into sexual slavery as ¡°comfort women¡± of the Japanese army.
Such hair-raising atrocities that brought unspeakable disasters and sufferings to the Korean nation are unpardonable as they were the most barbarous crimes in the world history.
The Japanese reactionaries are still today evading the responsibility to redeem the heinous unethical crimes Japan committed against the Korean nation in the last century, instead of making apology and reparation for these crimes. They are going mad with the brazen-faced moves to tamper with their history of aggression and grab Dok Islet and hostile move against north Korea in a bid to realize its ill intention to reinvade Korea.
This is a violent infringement upon the dignity and sovereignty of the Korean nation, a wanton violation of the justice and conscience and a blatant challenge to the Korean nation and the international community demanding the settlement of the past crimes.
The Korean nation will never forget the monstrous criminal acts perpetrated by the Japanese imperialists to exterminate the Korean nation after illegally occupying Korea but surely force Japan to pay for their crimes.
The wild ambition of the Japanese reactionaries to realize their old dream of ¡°Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere¡± has become evermore undisguised due to the Lee Myung-bak regime¡¯s sycophancy towards Japan and treachery.
The Lee regime has done treacherous acts and war maneuvers against the nation with the Japanese reactionaries, trumpeting that it should not stick to the past and open future-oriented south Korea-Japan relations.
The Lee regime is a heinous treacherous group that is blind with sycophancy for the US and Japan.
The Korean nation will never pardon not only Japan¡¯s past crimes and moves for reinvasion but also the crimes committed by the Lee regime against the nation.
The entire Korean nation should resolutely frustrate Japan¡¯s wild ambition to distort history and grab Dok islet under the banner of ¡°By our nation itself¡± and will intensify the struggle to punish pro-Japanese elements.
