The spokesman for the AINDF made public a commentary on October 29 in connection with the evermore undisguised aggressive moves of the US against north Korea under the signboard of the “strategic flexibility” of the US forces stationed in south Korea.

The commentary noted that the US announced its plan to newly set up the “Future-oriented Pacific Military Command” by integrating the Command of the US Forces in south Korea and the US Pacific Command much talking about the “strategic flexibility” of the US forces in south Korea.

It disclosed that this graphically reveals the wicked intension of the US to further expand the aggressive mechanism to invade north Korea and provoke another war against it at any cost.

The commentary continued;

After the announcement of the “military forces buildup” to rearrange the US forces in south Korea into rapid mobile forces and replenish 150-odd items of military equipment, the US reorganized the 2^nd US division into a future-oriented division, increased the number of battalions in the present brigade of the US forces in south Korea from 2 to 3 of now to 5 to 7 and newly set up the “501^st reinforcement brigade” responsible for supporting the US units.

It is not fortuitous that the US disclosed its on-going plan to set up a “combat command headquarters of the air force” equipped with the cutting-edge pilotless aircrafts and latest fighters in Osan.

The US planned to transfer the US 1^st Corps Command in the mainland to Tokyo to integrate with the Self-defense Forces of Japan, set up a joint command to establish the missile defense system and prepare the “joint operations” for the so-called “rapid reaction”, and is accelerating the relocation process of the US forces including removing the training field of the US military planes in Okinawa to Kyushu near the Korean Peninsula.

The “Future-oriented Pacific Military Command” the US intends to newly set up amid the unusual military moves targeting north Korea is another aggression organ to mount a preemptive attack and invade north Korea.

This fact proves that the US is still pursuing war provocations against north Korea while clamoring about “peace” and “dialogue” in public.

The commentary stressed that all the people should more vigorously wage the struggle to drive the Yankee aggressors, root source of all the misfortune and pains and cancer-like entity to peace and independent reunification of Korea, out of this land.
