Solidarity with Palestinian people

It is the just to get back the territory taken away by foreign forces and defend the nation’s sovereignty and the right to existence.

The Palestinian people have been waging a bloody fight for a long time to drive the Israeli aggressors out of their territory, establish a full-fledged independent and sovereign state and ensure lasting peace in the Middle East.

They have not withdrawn even a single step from their just cause though they suffered great loss of life and encountered a multitude of obstacles in their way.

Most recently, Israel launched a military attack on the Gaza Strip, causing heavy casualties to the Palestinians.

At present, the Israelis are trying to attain their aggressive and predatory goal with military superiority, while rejecting negotiations with the Palestinian National Authority.

Such Israel haughty attitude is backed up by the US.

Although the US pays lip service to peace and security in the Middle East it wants to make Israel ruler of the area as it has tamed the latter.

UN resolutions and international laws have been adopted so far in support of the just cause of the Palestinians and in denunciation of Israel’s moves to wreck peace, but they have not been implemented owing to the US obstructive moves.

Recently some forces including the US are trying to strike the Mideast-related items off the list of UNGA agenda as part of the UN reform with an ulterior motive to settle the Palestinians and Mideast issues in favor of them.

The Palestinian issue should be settled fairly in conformity with the interests of the Palestinian people and pursuant to the UN resolutions and international laws.

International solidarity with the just cause of the Palestinians is gaining strength. The Iranian President and Malaysian Foreign Minister recently denounced Israel's military atrocities.

It is the lawful process that the justice wins and the time when countries dominated others with strength has gone.
