recollect a crucial time when I saw the sunrise on

to images of President Kim Il Sung,

in exciting feelings when I saw the historic sunrise on Mt Baekdu whether I

immemorial people compare sacredness and greatness to the sun.
The sun is
the mother of all things under the sun and the source of all living activities.
The sun sheds
its rays all over the universe and grows all the lives in the universe. The sun
attracts planets of the vast universe.
Now humankind highly eulogizes President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim
Jong Il, comparing them to the sun.
Kim Il Sung! The name is that of
the sun.
The Korean
people named the President after the sun, reflecting their desire to live happily
free from the yoke of the Japanese colonial rule.
President Kim Il Sung! He was the greatest man of
great men and the sun of the 20th century who devoted his whole life
like the sun.
The immortal
Juche idea which was fathered by the President is the ray of the sun illumining
the way ahead of the Korean people and humankind. The origination of Juche
idea, which clarified the popular masses are master of their destiny and must
shape their destiny by their own efforts and, a man is master of his destiny
and the man plays the decisive role in shaping his destiny, was a discovery of
the great truth that brought about a radical turn in history of human ideology
and in shaping their destiny.

Juche idea was a powerful weapon that makes a man the master of his destiny and
the most powerful being and a source of life that turns the oppressive people
to strong and dignified one. It was a driving force that put human history on
the track of independence.
President Kim Il Sung had illumined the way ahead

century was spotlighted as the independent era in which the world people turned
out in the struggle for building a new independent society.

century who defeated Japanese and US imperialists.

from the Korean people as well as the world people irrespective of political
view, religion and class.

integrity, socialism, the cause of perpetuating the memory of the President and
the Songun politics in accordance to the present times and development of the
revolution.

veteran and incarnation of benevolent politics with the best political philosophy
in the contemporary age.

Leader Kim Jong Il is sun of the Songun who
unfolds the strategy of the anti-imperialist and anti-US struggle to victory to
cope with grave political situation under which challenge and vicious moves of
imperialists become more undisguised.

without pessimism and hopelessness and the world to be realized independence completely;
the sun of free and happy world is just comrade Kim Jong Il.”
Best is the
humankind’s pride and happiness of having leader Kim Jong Il, sun of the 21st century, in high esteem who
leads the mankind to realizing an ideal society, holding high President Kim Il Sung, sun of the 20th
century who pioneered and led independence as the eternal sun of Juche.
Fascinated by
the greatness of President Kim Il Sung,
the peerlessly great man and leader Kim
Jong Il, sun of the 21st century, I came to know
President Kim Il Sung, the sun of Juche, will
always be with the humanity!
