Harold Pinter, a British writer, demanded that US President Bush be taken to the Hague International Criminal Court, saying the Iraqi war is a product of gangsters and state terrorism completely neglecting the international law.

He, who was famous as a pungent critic on great events of the world, said that Bush is responsible for death of tens of thousands of innocent people, asking back how many people have to be killed enough to be called slaughterer and war criminal, 100,000?

Saying that Bush brought torture, misfortune, insult and death not freedom and democracy, the US deed was a wonderful, original and successful action of mass hypnotism, he reproached.

Barbarous torture       

Disclosing materials on barbarous torture of the US under the mask of “anti-terrorism” invite great denunciation and protest in the international community.

The Arabic-version paper “Al Arab” dated on December 5 publishing in London, UK unveiled the method of torture that the Central Intelligence Agency of the US applied to prisoners in prisons of other countries.

It has been revealed that there are methods of freezing prisoners by putting them in a water-pail with icy water, method of disallowing sleep, callous assault and etc.

More than 70 prisoners lost their lives by the torture in prisons run by the CIA in 2002 alone, the paper reported.
