Under your wise leadership, the WPK founded by great President Kim Il Sung has accumulated immortal exploits on the way of carrying out the Juche cause, setting examples of the century in party building and activities.

By comprehensively developing and brilliantly materializing President Kim Il Sung’s Juche-based idea and theory on party building, you have strengthened the WPK into an experienced revolutionary party with an invincible might and leadership authority and into an invincible party, which forms an integral whole with the people, which is called the motherly party by the people and enjoys their absolute trust.

In particular, it is a great exploit to be recorded with red letters in the history of vanguard party building in the Juche era that you have propounded the unique theory that the working-class party should be the party of the leader and strengthened the party to the glorious party of Comrade Kim Il Sung through energetic leadership.

Thanks to your prominent and seasoned leadership, the WPK has realized its ideological unity and integral whole no other parties can achieve, effected brilliant innovations in all fields including politics, military affairs, economy and culture under the banner of modeling the whole society on the Juche idea. Thus you have opened a great heyday of national prosperity.

The WPK, which has advanced along the road of glory and victory, has experienced a new glorious era of its development for the past five years since it had you as its general secretary.

It is rich fruition of your prominent and seasoned leadership that the WPK has been developed into the eternal party of President Kim Il Sung, brilliantly decorated the 20^th century with the victory of the struggle to defend socialism in worst adversities and paved the way for building a powerful nation in the 21^st century.

As you have reliably defended the sovereignty of the country and opened a new era of prosperity in north Korea with the army-centered politics, the almighty precious weapon unprecedented in the world politics, the greatness and invincibility of the WPK are displayed throughout the world and Juche Korea is demonstrating its might as a political power, the power of independence.

Keeping President Kim Il Sung’s instructions for reunification as your life-long mission, you have made utmost efforts for their implementation. With prominent far-sighted wisdom and patriotic resolution, you have provided the June 15 joint declaration, the milestone of reunification in the 21^st century, and created a large current of inter-Korean reconciliation and cooperation unprecedented in the history of national division.

Indeed, your august name is widely spread throughout the whole Korean Peninsula as the symbol of national reunification and sun of the nation.

As you, the great political veteran of the world, are leading the world politics with the inflexible anti-imperialist stand, revolutionary principle, matchless courage and prominent political ability, the WPK is dignified as the unique vanguard party of the human cause of independence.

Through your recent visit to the Russian Far East and publication of the DPRK-Japan Pyongyang Declaration you have opened a breakthrough to the normalization of north Korea-Japan relationship and created a great diastrophism throughout East Asia and the rest of the world, thus putting the international authority and dignity of the WPK on the highest level.

Having the WPK which creates the history of victory century after century under the leadership of you the whole world reveres is a great honor of Juche Korea and boundless pride of our nation.

Indeed, you, who have made the WPK the eternal party of President Kim Il Sung and put the party on the highest peak of the world as the guide of the cause of national independence and global independence, are the most prominent political veteran of the contemporary age and brilliant sun of the 21^st century.

Picturing the future of a reunified country in the matchless authority and immortal achievements of the WPK led by you, the vanguard fighters and all other patriotic people in the south are accelerating the grand march toward independence, democracy and reunification with redoubled courage.

The NDFSK has been able to strengthen its organizational and ideological unity and dauntlessly lead the movement of all people for independence, democracy and reunification in spite of adversities under the US colonial rule, because you, the peerlessly great man, lead us and the torchlight of Juche you hold high illumines our way ahead brightly.

Seeing the distinguished greatness of you who materialize the long-cherished desire of the nation one by one and demonstrate the dignity of the nation to the whole world, the vanguard fighters and all other patriotic people in the south keenly feel again what a great man they have as their leader.

It is an unchangeable faith and pledge of the NDFSK members and all other patriotic people in the south to hold you in high esteem and dauntlessly follow the road of Juche.

Believing in you as the pillar of mind and banner of victory, we will live and fight as KIm Jong Il worshippers following you only with intense loyalty.

We will expedite in every way the modeling of the NDFSK and revolutionary ranks on the Juche idea and positively push ahead with the grand march toward independent reunification together with all patriotic people under the banner of the June 15 joint declaration to promote national reunification.

Your good health and safety are the greatest joy and earnest desire of the south Korean people.
